Google new reading level filter

You might have read or noticed that Google has implemented a new feature in their search engine. You can now filter search results on ‘reading level’. I’m not quite sure how exactly this reading level is calculated, I believe Aizu might be able to shed some light on that though.

It’s probably based on the difficulty of the language used, and not so much the difficulty of the content it explains. But I’m really not sure, heh.
